So, you may or may not have noticed that pretty much all the poses I use in my posts are from [.:exposeur:.]. This isn’t because RubyStarlight Writer is the Sue Sylvester to my Mr Schuester (random Gleek reference there) or because she threatens my life if I don’t (she hasn’t yet, but I cant guarantee it will never happen..) but because I think she is one of the most innovative and creative pose makers out there. In a world where everyone and their mother decides daily “Hey, I know, I cant use PS or Maya so I’ll make poses, it’s easy!” and proceed to turn out badly made and generic poses, she continually pushes the bar in making quality, cute and exciting poses and props…and her latest creation may be my favourite to date.
This is the [.:exposeur:.] Limited Edition Christmas Tree and I LOVE it. In the real world I am not a fan of Christmas but in SL decoration is easy peasy and so when Ruby sent me this with instructions to “test it now” I was squeeful and I just about passed out when I realised it’s about as customisable as you can get!
The tree itself comes in 4 high quality textures; Sparkle Pink (yaaaay), Green, Glitter Gold and Sparkle White. Every single bauble on the tree is customisable in different colours, it comes with about a million gift boxes which also have customisable bow, ribbons and boxes which are also copy and comes with transferable gift boxes as well AND it has additonal customisable baubles….phew!
As if all this wasn’t enough it also comes jam packed with the cutest poses for your Christmas time. There are single poses, couple poses, Mother and child poses, Father and child poses and it’s just adorable.
The tree and all the accessories are menu driven and it has options to allow who you want to modify, so the whole family can join in. Personally I can see about a hundred SL christmas cards being sent with family portraits on the front using this. It’s just perfect.
