I’m a sucker for a pretty dress and I always have been. I rarely wear them but show me something long, floaty and sparkly and I will squee with the best of them so I was over the moon when Sachi Vixen of Adam N Eve sent me this gorgeous Chiandra dress.

My very first formal dress in SL was from Adam N Eve almost 4 years ago and I would still wear it today. Quality never goes out of fashion and this newest dress is no exception. I adore the shape of the skirt and the textures are to die for. It comes in a range of colours but I always like to wear black because then you can go mental with accessories and I am all about the accessories. I went with these beautifully made earrings from MAIO which come with a massive amount of texture change options for the metals, the pearls and the gems and also with one of my favourite bracelets from U+R Dogs which again, comes with various texture change options. For a more dramatic look I added a glitter eyeshadow from [[Mozz]] which I love! Hair today is the classy Details from [e].

So the very kind and lovely Mouse Mimistrobell of Dark Mouse sent me some goodies today and once I tried them on I couldn’t wait to blog them.

I adore these glasses and the hair is just divine. I’m pretty much always a blonde in SL and it’s hard to find a good blonde texture that doesn’t look shiny and plastic so I was thrilled with this colour. This updo looked so cute with these Audrey glasses I just had to put together a bit of a cocktail party ensemble to match. Dress today is from COCO and I love the simplicity. The gathering at the front adds a nice touch to stop is being boring and I teamed it with this fabulous Dictator Shrug from Digit Darkes. Shoes are from SLink and I love how easy these are to tint. Skin is the new Snow Queen line from Curio which I’ve worn with one of the many tattoo layer lipsticks the fatpack comes with. Jewellery today is from paper couture and alaMood.

It’s nearly Christmas! Know what that means? Time to dig out your PJ’s so we can wait for Santa in style!

Meet my fave PJ’s ever! I’ve had these for a few years now and I have never found any I love more. These are from Skin Flicks and they are just adorable. They come in snowflake, which is what I’m wearing, plain and pattern. They all come with two bottom layers one cheeky one and one for the shyer ladies amongst you. Hair today is one of the recent released from TRUTH and although I’ve never been a fan of pigtails, this one is just the sweetest thing ever. I’m a massive fan of {Violet Voltaire} and when I started this blog I wasn’t sure if her jewellery was still available inworld but I checked her profile and it is so yay, you can snap up these awesome cupcake earrings still!

Today I was feeling a bit bleh and retail therapy is always the fix for that so off I toddled around the grid and this is what I came up with.

*League* released some gorgeous stockings and scarves recently and being the fan of vintage I am, I scurried over and picked these up both in vintage floral textures. As I eventually managed to get around to buying the GOS Docs I thought I may aswell go the whole hog and invest in different polishes as well so this is the “old” polish. As its winter and in this dress I’m just asking for frostbite I added these cute fingerless gloves from fri.day which go with just about everything. Speaking of the dress this is fri.day’s offering from TDR this week as is the skin which is from Glam Affair. Both are only available there and only for a week so you better get moving if you want them.

So I’ve had the cutest poncho in my inventory for just about ever so I thought I would show it off today as it’s sooo cold here!

The poncho is from *CREAMSHOP and I love it. The flower is optional but why would you wear it without?! I also like the fact it’s hooded, makes it that little bit different. I decided to pick up the green in the flower and as usual JANE is perfect for those essential little bits. Both the tank and the crochet arm warmers are from there. I have to admit there is quite a noticeable seam around the bottom of the tank. From a distance, it’s minimal but be aware. Sanura Snowpaw formerly of *Dreams* has recently rebranded to .: Somnia :. and as usual, and being the sweetie she is, she threw so much stuff at me my inventory groaned under load. These cords are being released today and I LOVE these. I am always looking for a pair of nice, plain pants to go with everything and these are perfect. They have lovely detailing around the waist and along the seams and come in a variety of colours. Boots are from Vida which I found on the marketplace and I really like the buckles on them.

So I’ve been off work for a few days and went on a bit of a shopping spree. I love finding little stores with cute things in that aren’t being worn by everyone on the grid and their SL mother so I’m going to share one with you.

Top today is from * [DIAPOP] * and although it’s not bursting at the seams with items it has a big enough selection to make a dent in my linden balance. I love the little feather detail on the waist but it does come without it. Jeans are a pair of my favourites from Indyra Originals. The detailing around the waist is gorgeous on these. The boots are from COCO and to be honest it’s amazing I haven’t blogged these before because I look for any reason to wear them, the texturing is fabulous. Hair is from ploom. and I just love the updo at the back…so cute.

So Lazy Sunday this week has some uber cute things for you little cupcakes out there.

Top is from Berries Inc. and they have two colours out in this style. These adorable boots are from [aRAWRa] and are called Bowdorable Slouch Boots which just makes me smile. The bows are colour change too so easy to match. Jeans are my new “makemybuttlookamazingandIamnevertakingoff” jeans from !Nayar. They come in various colours and also a distressed and non distressed version. Hair is something I picked up yesterday from Head Mistress and at L$150 for a fatpack its a steal! This amazing eye makeup is from cheLLe and is part of the Happy Holidays Hunt. Nails/rings are from [VIRTUAL INSANITY] and even though I generally don’t wear prim nails I am loving these!

So it’s coming up to Christmas and as I haven’t managed to blog any lingerie at all yet I thought this would be a great opportunity to show off some of my favourites to give you ladies something for your special someone to unwrap.

Lovelace has always been one of my very favourite lingerie stores and I adore this cute little set. The bow on the hip is just the cutest touch. I matched this with these to die for shoes from NX-Nardotix which I have been looking for any reason to wear since I got them. Hair today is the newest release from ploom! and I’m such a fan of the new textures they have just released. These omgIcannotliveanothersecondwithoutthem ears are [iPoke]‘s addition to the Happy Holidays Hunt which starts tomorrow! The face “I’m your present unwrap me!” tattoo is from my newest find [VIRTUAL/INSANITY] and I love it. It comes in a pack with five other tattoo’s and is a steal for the festive season.

Happy Holidays – A New Outfit

So in case you live under a rock you may not be aware the Happy Holidays Hunt is going on at the moment. It runs from December 1st through to January 5th and is fully of yummy holiday goodness. Over the next few days I’m going to be blogging a few of my favourite bits.

I love this sweater dress from Purple Moon. It’s simple but striking and I like the 3/4 length sleeves on it. The cable knit down the front breaks it up from just being a boring dress but it’s plain enough to add your own touches to. The tights are actually part of the outfit from [aRAWRa] but I have been looking for some like this for so long I had to use them with this dress. Boots are a stunning offering from lassitude & ennui and earrings are from LaGyo. Skin is gorgeous and is from ISPACHI™.

Hair today is the most recent release from TRUTH - Serena. This is not in the hunt so you can wander over there at your leisure to snap it up.

Man I Feel Like A Woman

So a good friend of mine mentioned that he likes it when girls blog unisex stuff. I decided to take it one stop further and blog unisex and guy stuff!

The main part of this outfit is from Mr. Poet. This is the one store on the grid that makes me want to hang out more on my Malt. I am so jealous of the amazing texturing and sculptie work and this jacket is seriously amazing. It comes with the shirt, waistcoat and jacket in all sorts of layer options and just WOW. Girls beware, if you don’t like editing, this top is not for you. It is a mans jacket and will take a lot of adjusting to fit but totally worth it. Jeans today and from *Fishy Strawberry* and are unisex. I love the messed up details on these. Yesterday I gave my friend Doom Cookie a quest to find me some flat, non girls boots I can wear with pants and he succeeded in this quest fantastically by coming up with these boots from A-Bomb. These are also unisex and are texture change so you can match them with anything! Topping it all off is new hair do I picked up from EPOQUE about a week ago which is also unisex.

So there we go, I think I managed to pull off a post for guys and girls today, go me!
